Refund policy

All noPROPZZ prints are produced on demand, meaning each piece is made specifically for you after ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged or with a production defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at nopropzzz@gmail.com with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Wrong Item

If you receive the wrong print or size, contact us within 14 days. We will arrange the correct item to be sent.

Change of Mind

As each print is produced to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Shipping Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partner.

How to Request a Refund

Email nopropzzz@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

This policy is in accordance with EU consumer rights regulations.
